The Refinery is a seeking a full-time Marketing & Business Development (“BD”) Lead to help expand our impact in the world, joining our team in Vancouver, British Columbia or Toronto, Ontario. Make no mistake, this role is all about execution.
Approximately 60% of this role will involve activating and coordinating execution of the North American Marketing and Business Development strategy including driving Marketing and Events activities, and 40% of the role will involve activities supporting the BD efforts and BD Team. The 60/40% allocation may vary depending on the time of the year (some months may be more BD heavy and others Marketing) and the experience of the successful candidate. It is expected that this position will be based out of either Vancouver or Toronto. The role may require approximately 10% travel within Canada.
